Girl Talk

Lead by: Teresa Talbott and Ellen Edwards
Meets: Wednesday from 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. at Trinity

Girl Talk is open to all girls in 6th - 12th grade. Activities include devotions, discussion, prayer, and mission projects. The girls have made greeting cards for shut-ins, lap blankets and care packages for their "adopted" seniors; have sponsored soup luncheons and the "Souper Bowl" (canned food mission project); and, made "snack mix invitations" to the church's Christmas Eve candelight service, in addition to other evangelistic projects. Currently, the girls are collecting items for "The Troops Project" to send to soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.
